How to register product complaint and get notified of the status?

Firstly, you need to register with us and then activate your product to see the warranty status. For in-warranty products, no charges would be imposed and services would be provided absolutely free however in the case of OOW (out of warranty) products, service charges would apply.

In the case of Brand support, as soon as you sign up and get access to the dashboard, you can register product queries and these queries will flow from eServ360 server to the brand support server(s).It works on bidirectional phenomenon wherein not only the requests get uploaded but responses could be downloaded as well on the exact same portal.

You find the appropriate support that you need help from and register product complaint. Brand support gets your complaint wherein eServ360 acts as a mediator saving everything on its cloud server storage. Customer Care or Service center looks into the issue and revert to the original request that again flows from brand cloud servers to eServ360 server, from where the customer can have a look at the status and comment sent by the service center representative.

The best part of the service we are providing is multibrand customer care at one place which means not only just one product but different consumables can be registered with their respective brands and all can be handled through a single control panel.
